BOOKING AND REFUND POLICY

(1) All bookings must be secured with a deposit

(2) If you are unhappy with any product you purchased on the website, you may return it to us in its original condition within 10 working days at your own cost and we will provide a full refund. If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery charges.

(3) If a holistic course booked is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course a full refund of the deposit paid will be given.

If it is cancelled less than 14 days but more the 10 days prior to the commencement of the course, the deposit can be transferred to another course but will not be refunded. This deposit can only be transferred once.

If cancelled less then 10 days prior to commencement of course no refund will be made and deposit can not be transferred.

(4) If a place booked on our Wellness classes (Yoga, Pilates or Meditation) is cancelled 3 days prior to the commencement of the class a full refund will be given.

If cancelled less then 3 days prior to commencement of the classes no refund will be made and deposit can not be transferred to other classes.

Missed classes can be made up by attending a similar class (where possible) during the run of the class booked but can not be made up during future classes.

(5) Deposits paid for courses or wellness classes will not be refunded if people fail to turn up for the course or class booked.
