This is a 16 hour course in the therapeutic use of essential oils in massage. It is a comprehensive foundation course for qualified massage therapists, reflexologists and complementary therapists who wish to add to their knowledge base.

Regular massage is one of the most effective therapies for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the muscular-skeletal system.  As qualified massage therapists you know that massage alone is very therapeutic.  But when essential oils, which are blended therapeutically with herbal vegetable oils, are added to the therapy, the benefit to the client multiplies enormously without any extra physical strength from the therapist.

During this course we will study:
25 essential oils which have a wide range of healing properties including

Analgesic,
Anti-inflammatory
Diuretic
Anti-spasmodic
Hormonal balancing
Immune supporting
Calming
To name but a few

8 Infused herbal vegetable oils.  Learning how and when to add these to your blends will add to the therapeutic power of the massage and the essential oils.  They increase the strength of the blend without risking any skin reaction.
