HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS

MAKE A PERSONAL INHALER
Add 10-15 drops of essential oils to a personal inhaler

VAPORISE
Add 8-10 drops of essential oils to your vaporiser or aromastream

TAKE A BATH

Always blend your essential oils in a dispersant before adding to the bath water.
Add 8-10 drops of essential oils (adults) 5-6 drops (children)
to a suitable dispersant – this can be, unscented bubble bath or liquid soap, essential oil dispersant
Mix well to dissolve
Add to the bath water
Get in and relax for 10-15 minutes (or longer if you get the chance!)

BODY OIL OR LOTION
50ml Grapeseed oil or Unscented lotion

10 drops of essential oils (child)
20 drops of essential oils (adult)
apply to the body twice daily

STEAMING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

You can use a facial steamer or a bowl of hot water (but be careful if using boiling water)
Add 1-2 drops of essential oils
Inhale 10-15 long slow deep breaths of the steam/oil

AROMATHERAPY HAND SANITIZER
Using a 100ml bottle add:
20ml of essential oils dispersant or perfumers alcohol
30 drops of essential oil
Shake to mix
Fill the bottle with water
Shake before each use
Spray onto your hands – back and front.  And rub all over your hands and fingers.

Safety note:
For people with asthma, COPD or any respiratory issues remember your lungs are already having difficulty so don’t make them work harder.  Start with half the doses above
