- Are you currently awaiting the results of a COVID test?
- Have you been notified in the last 14 days, that you were a close contact of a person who tested positive for COVID?
- Have your returned from abroad in that last 3 days?
- Are you currently suffering from any of the symptoms of COVID such as:
- Altered sense of taste or smell
- Dry cough
- Shortness of breath
- Muscular pains
I also ask you to please contact Obus if, within 14 days of receiving your treatment, you develop any symptoms of COVID, test positive for COVID or are notified you were a close contact of a person who tested positive for COVID before coming for your treatment. This is to allow your therapist to be tested.
