What is Usui Reiki Ryoho?
Usui Reiki Ryoho is a Reiki healing system devised by Mikao Usui in 1930’s for the purpose of physical healing, personal growth and spiritual awakening.
At its basic level it is a great aid for relaxation, but it also offers a number of meditation tools, healing rituals and daily practices to help you connect with your own bright light.
