HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS

MAKE A PERSONAL INHALER
Add 10-15 drops of essential oils to a personal inhaler

VAPORISE
Add 8-10 drops of essential oils to your vaporiser or aromastream

TAKE A BATH
Always blend your essential oils in a dispersant before adding to the bath water.
A suitable dispersant – can be, unscented bubble bath or liquid soap, essential oil dispersant

Add 8-10 drops of essential oils (adults) 5-6 drops (children)
Mix well with your chosen dispersant to dissolve
Add to the bath water
Get in and relax for 10-15 minutes (or longer if you get the chance!)

BODY OIL OR LOTION
50ml Grapeseed oil or Unscented lotion
10 drops of essential oils (child)
20 drops of essential oils (adult)
Mix to disperse and apply to the body twice daily

STEAMING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS
You can use a facial steamer or a bowl of hot water (but be careful when using boiling water)
Add 1-2 drops of essential oils
Inhale 8-10 long slow deep breaths of the steam/oil mix

SAFETY NOTE:
For people with asthma, COPD or any respiratory issues remember your lungs are already having difficulty so don’t make them work harder.  Start with half the doses above
