Smoothie for a Happy Tummy
- Plenty of enzymes so raw food
- ½ pineapple
- Live probiotic yoghurt
- 2 stalks celery
- Few leaves of mint
- Thumb of ginger
Smoother for a Happy Immune System
- Plenty of enzymes and antioxidants Vits A, C.E and zinc
- 1 Banana
- ½ Pineapple
- 1 Lettuce
- 1 Orange
- Cup Blackcurrants
