Dates: This course take place over 2 consecutive Monday evenings
25th February and 4th March The
Bach Flower Remedies were created by a Harley Street doctor, Edward
Bach, in the 1930s. His Philosophy for health was “A healthy mind
ensures a healthy body”

Dr. Bach devised a system of seven major
emotional groups under which negative emotions could be classified, such
as Fear, Uncertainty or Loneliness. Then using his knowledge of
homoeopathy, Dr. Bach formulated a flower based remedy to treat each of
these emotional states – these are now known as the Bach Flower

These remedies help you to manage the emotional demands
of everyday life. They work by stimulating the body’s own capacity to
heal itself, by balancing negative feelings, helping you to take
control, feel good about yourself, and get more out of life.

The Bach Flower Remedies are unique, simple to use and suitable for all the family.

course will give you the confidence to use the Bach Flower remedies in
your daily life to help improve the quality of your emotional states.
