OBUS Massage Clinic – cancellation and payment policy
On-Line booking:
Full fee is paid on booking
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling
Cancellation must be made, during office hours, by phone 01-6282121 not email or text
If cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before appointment time full payment will be taken
Failure to show will result in no refund being issued and we will require your next appointment to be prepaid.
In-Person booking (on phone or with therapist):
We require a deposit of €40.00 with your first appointment. No pre-payment is needed for subsequent appointments.
We require 4 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellation must be made, during office hours, by phone 01-6282121 not email or text
Late arrival for your appointment will result in a shorter appointment as appointments can not be extended to facilitate late arrivals.
If you fail to turn up for your appointment we will require your next appointment to be prepaid.
OBUS ACADEMY COURSES – cancellation and payment policy
(1) All bookings must be secured with a deposit and the balance must be paid on the first day of the course.
(2) Diploma Course deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
(3) All CPD courses cancelled more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course a full refund of the deposit paid will be given.
If it is cancelled less than 14 days but more the 10 days prior to the commencement of the course, the deposit can be transferred to another course but will not be refunded and can only be transferred once.
If cancelled less than 10 days prior to commencement of course no refund will be made, and the deposit cannot be transferred.
Please note:
Deposits paid for courses will not be refunded if people fail to turn up for the course booked.
