LOVE YOURSELF, HEAL YOUR LIFE COURSE
This workshop was created by Louise L. Hay, an internationally renowned teacher and author. Based on her philosophies, expect to release old patterns of thinking therefore transforming your life. Working with all four aspects of ourselves – mind, body, spirit and emotions – this two hour weekly online workshop for the month of May will equip you with the understanding, tools and inspiration to start living a more authentic and fulfilling life.
You’ll learn how to eliminate negative thinking, heal the past and stop sabotaging yourself, create healthier relationships, replace self-criticism with self approval, and identify the life you want and how to get it.
This workshop will also lead you to a new level of thinking and understanding yourself and your life, giving you the chance to experience inner peace, self love, improved self esteem and a healthy release of emotion.

In this weeks workshop, we look at our negative beliefs and where they come from. Finding our negative messages is the key to awareness, which is the beginning of change. These messages can limit us in our life such as “I’m not good enough” or “my sister is the brainy one”.
We also look at how we make ourselves guilty by putting pressure on ourselves “we should be doing x y z” and shifting that belief to “could”. Learning to put yourself first is not being selfish as the more energy we have for ourselves we can give more if we choose too.
The last two years have been life changing for many people. In this weeks workshop, we look at how sadness, guilt, fear, anger, resentment and revenge are part of human nature but hanging on to them will keep us stuck and eventually contribute to physical illness.
We learn how to deal with these emotions in a healthy way in order to help release, move through and heal. We work with our inner child and learn how to integrate these emotions and begin to reparent ourselves. This can bring about a willingness to change.
Releasing the emotions from our last workshop can lead us to us processing forgiveness. Holding on to the negative emotions are like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. Forgiveness is not forgetting about our experiences but working through it in order to let go and move on in a healthy way.
This in turn leads to better relationships, opening the doors to love including loving and forgiving ourselves.
In the final workshop, we create our new story and cover prosperity, success and health. Learning to write and use affirmations to manifest positive changes in our lives.
You will have new tools in your toolbox to respond to emotions in a healthier way which in turn creates a more grounded, present and positive day to day life.
