Why take this course:

This course is a one-day workshop.
You will learn how and when to use these wonderful Bach Flower Remedies.
These remedies can help you to manage the emotional demands of everyday life.

They work by:
• Stimulating the body’s own capacity to heal itself
• Balancing negative feelings
• Helping you to take back control
• Helping you feel good about yourself and get more out of life

The Bach Flower Remedies are unique, simple to use and suitable for all the family.

What will you learn?

During this workshop you will learn about the system that Dr Bach devised.
This system the 7 major negative emotions are classified into groups, such as Fear, Uncertainty and Loneliness.
We will then look at the remedies he formulated to work with each of these emotional states.
Each student will then formulate a remedy for themselves and the wonderful OBUS staff will make the remedy and post it to you after the workshop.
