This is two days* of yoga, meditation and journaling

How long is the retreat?
It can be taken as a one- or two-day course.
If only attending one day, just let us know at the time of booking which day you are attending.
What happens at this retreat?
Yoga – we explore Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. These different styles of yoga move and stretch the body in different ways.
Our introspective Yoga practices will allow you to really work on the body mind connection to reduces the effects of stress, improve flexibility and balance your emotional and mental health.
Group Sound Bath – Relax, unwind, switch off and absorb the soundscape as it changes around you with Himalayan singing bowls, solfeggio chimes, energy chimes, gong, tuning forks, voice and silence.
Together we will go on a sound journey as you venture inward.
Journaling – encourages mindfulness and helps you remain present while keeping perspective. It presents an opportunity for emotional catharsis and helps the brain regulate emotions and find solutions to problems.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a notebook and pen for journal
You can also bring your own Yoga mat if you prefer, but they will be supplied.
Who can attend?
This retreat is open to everyone.
All yoga is graded so we can cater for all levels of fitness and ability, from complete beginner to experienced yogis.
If you have specific needs that need to be met, such as recent surgery or injury, you are pregnant, if you have recently had metal plates fitted, have a pace maker fitted etc just let us know so we can advise you.
This retreat is facilitated by Mary Gunning
Mary is a Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, Meditation teacher, Sound Healer.
She is passionate about nature, travel and a lover of life.
Teaching is her passion and as a Sound therapist and Yoga teacher she loves providing a safe space for people to just be and to share in their journey to question, compassion, kindness and self-acceptance.
