OBUS Wellness Events can support you in exploring and developing a new relationship with yourself! They will help you wake up to the inner workings of your emotional, mental and physical processes.
OBUS Wellness Events range from 2-hour evening events to half day and one day workshops, and weekend retreats. Something for everyone!
These Wellness Events are an invitation to you to get to know the holistic concept of self-care and nurture. We offer Louise Hay’s inspiring Heal Your Life series, Sound Bath evenings for deep relaxation and meditation, Wellness Wednesdays to stretch your body, meditation and relax. Then our Urban Retreats are a “time out” space without having to drive to the country. They are a weekend of yoga and meditation for people of all levels of experience (and none!)
