About our Pilates Level 2-3 class:
This class is suitable for those who have attended Pilates General fitness classes for at least 6 months, and any improver students who want to further their practice.
In this classes you will experience the essential Pilates repertoire in a faster pace, with new advanced movements and challenging props.
*Not suitable for complete beginners.
